feels like bad fuel pump

    Replaced fuel pump last may, trk giving me the fuel pump display but code on dignostic reads eecu/vecu supply relay electrical faultand data link sae j1939 mid 128 ...stuck on side of road need suggestions

    It is an 07 and it has pid 94, it also shows code 88 where the dash shows what gear its in
