Lol
thats funny.
I need one of those stickers.
It will rise again. But with anything that's be around for awhile , it will be refined. Rates will be less cause there will be more who know about it and more who have experience and are ready to work as soon as some one says go.

About a week ago I was talking with a Bridger driver he said that a bunch of guys in the south test area quit due to short runs and less pay? Was wondering if there's any truth to his claim.
-
Guys quit because they thought the grass was greener on the other side working for another company. ALL of those drivers I talked to regret leaving. The only ones who don't regret leaving,is the ones who saved there money and went and got another truck.

the grass is greener
Tractorman10-4 and wyomingcrude Thank this. -

Beat wife's go back to there husbands as well everyday
Bridger is good for one thing seed money if you can get 3 good months in with them save the money and buy a used truck and get the hell gone
Do not expect anything out of them besides your check and ignore the 7 pillars goodwill tour crap as it is down to 5 pillars max
Most of my crew is ex Bridger guys bad part is they are a company to drop of one's resume as there reputation is crap
I was talking to a fellow about doing some work in west tx and was asking about our safety training mentioned we have safeland etc but when I mentioned most went through Bridger training he said he didn't want any #### Bridger screw ups and that was the end of our negotiations
Bad part is for the most part it is not the operators it is the office and part of that is to many trucks not enough work puts guys up against the wall and folks do stupid stuff in that position
there pay is also nickled and dimed out in such a way as to make operators do things that are not good for business ether bad system put together by folks that know how to work the spread sheet not how to serve the customer
but as they are their own best customer in west tx might be allrightLast edited: Apr 12, 2015
wyomingcrude and JerryC Thank this. -
I can't disagree with what you just posted.

Now if Vic ever gets his hand back in the business (doubt he will) I would do anything he asked of me his word was good
wyomingcrude Thanks this. -
This is the funniest thing I have read about Bridger yet. The fact that you think you can bargain before signing a lease on getting a dedicated run is hilarious. I can promise even if you are told in orientation you will get a dedicated run it will be complete BS and you most definitely will not get it in writing so good luck with that.craigo36 Thanks this.

If you don't sign the contract then you have to find a way home.
