Hello everyone, just curious of whether anyone has ever switched ICA's! I have requested that she put me on someone else's board and she said "we don't just switch people. We don't do that" which I find very hard to believe That a company of this size and longevity has never just switched. I don't care to rant on and on about her or one of the ICR's. I'll just say that our personalities and communication are not compatible. I've always gotten along well with office people at past trucking companies and would still like a very pleasant experience when communicating with the company! So does anyone know the proper way to go about getting reassigned to another board? Thanks is advance

I was with Steven and his group at Charlotte and and had finally had enough I demanded a change after two years of the BS and was switched to another board at Charlotte and couldn't be happier. My last 2 years have been really nice since the change.
