If you have enough money you can get insurance, but it will cost you big if a cell phone violation is on your record.

First if it wasn't issued by a DOT officer it wont go on your PSP or CSA a $168 ticket don't sound right i thought the fine was $2750 and $10,000 for the carrier

Second go to court for it .... Make a story or just flat out deny it .... If there is no picture "my head was in my hand I had no phone it was in the sleeper" or plead your case you understand you were wrong but you will lose you lively hood (not really) get it reduced or re worded

third......find another job before it shows up

It was issued by a Kentucky State trooper. The dollar amount is right on the back of the ticket with instructions of how to mail in payment.

Even if it doesn't show up on my CSA, it will still show up on MVR so I'm still going to be terminated when they see it on MVR
