Well life jumped in and tapped me on the shoulder and the monies I was going to use to pay for school have nearly dried up, so now I am looking for a company that will pay for most if not all of my expenses.

I know that none will front the licensing fees and endorsements so I am looking for transportation, room and board and any other misc expences that are required and then pays me a decent wage while with a trainer.

    Any Suggestions?

The unemployment office they will pay for your school for free that would be better that signing up with a company that will charge you $4-$5,000 and you will have to stay for a whole year if you want them to pay for it.

You have to prove to them you cant find another job and jump through many hoops as has been documented on this site in other threads, I dont mind the year that I would have to stay with a company to repay the schooling, just out of pocket expenses are my concern.

I need a company that will front the cdl training, room and board pay for transportation to the school with no out of pocket monies (except for licenseing fees) and maybe even pay me a stipend while I am at school

EDIT: also it seems a lot of companies are requiring you to have NO CDL if you have no resent experiance as they prefer you to learn it their way, and I would think so they can also lock you in a 1-2 year contract

I want a company that will front the intire cost of training lodging and food in return for a 1-2 year driving contract.

there are companies that put you in a hotel and you get breakfast lunch on site and vouchers for dinner, but you still have to come up with min monies (500.00) upfront

And I am accually thinking about going there, but this wories me

"There is no compensation during your training for the first 3 weeks if you are in Prime's school or an approved school. However, once you complete your orientation and receive your first dispatch, you will be considered a "C" seat driver associate and will be paid per mile for all loaded and unloaded miles. The entire training process should be three months minimum up to 6 months."

this part especially this line ::: "There is no compensation during your training for the first 3 weeks if you are in Prime's school or an approved school.:::

If I can get clarification on this from a recruiter or another prime driver then prime it will be

Ask for Rob. If you are a vet you can do it with them for sure. Otherwise you may still be able to work something out.
A good school in a beautiful location run by good people. A good place to start. I went there and highly recommend it.
