^^^ This. Do it by the book and you shouldn't have any problems. And be nice and courteous to the dispatchers when talking to them. Not sure on the dispatchers in other regions, but ours are pretty good folks.

 

Does Gemni prefer previous experience in fuel hauling or no experience so they can train you to do it there way?

 

depends on the RM. What they mainly look at is the last 10yrs of work history, they don't somebody who looks to jump from job to job.

 

I usually have to jump from job to job, but my wife is in the military and we move every 2-3 years. They mostly understand, and I have never had a problem finding work.

 

What kinda experience do they require?

 

10 years continuous work history, atleast 2 yrs driving and a good credit score basically.

 

I am hired on as no experience hauling fuel but they do prefer experience easier to train and get carded at refinerys
