Arizona allows 53' 102" trailers on all state and US routes not marked as STAA routes anyway so you're good to go. Why US 93 isn't highlighted since it's a major connector route is a mystery.

Yup. Trucks all up and down 60. Other than those absolutely STUPID roundabouts, and a few steep grades knocking me down to 7th, it really wasn't all that bad. Well, other than it's apparently monsoon season in the desert, it really wasn't that bad. Thanks again everyone.

I heard reports that it was raining back home in El Paso

Yes. 93 out of Wickenburg is not a bad route. There have been many improvements over the years (other than the idiotic roundabouts in Wickenburg). I used to run it regularly 15-20 years ago when I lived in Phoenix. Back then, almost the whole stretch from Wickenburg to I-40 was 2 lanes, and there were some nasty hills and curves. Now, a lot of it has been improved to 4 lane freeway.

Arizona has been pushing for that to become interstate 11 from Phoenix to Las Vegas for some time.Voyager1968 Thanks this.

You could'a took I-10 east to Jacksonville, FL, turn left then I-95 north to Boston, MA, turn left, then I-90 west to Seattle, WA. Only two(2) left turns and all interstate. That's the easy way.

By my calculations that's only 441% out of route miles.[emoji4]Last edited: Apr 26, 2015

I run I-10, 303, 60, 93, I-40, 93, 318, 6, 93, I-84, I-82, I-90 all the time. Only way to fly.

Whatever the route, welcome to the PAC NW.
