    The director of the CDL school I was just in claims that Swift's turnover last year was 120%. Talk about turn & burn!

    There's no way you'd have to wait long for Maverick. A week at worst as long as you give them a commitment. I drive for their glass division and have been happy. Glass isn't home every weekend, but most flatbed divisions are. Occasionally in January/February if freight's slow, you can miss a weekend home, but most of the year you're golden. Watch Dale Clay on YouTube if you want more info. He's a driver that vlogs his time on the road and what it's like and it's not a company-made video. He does it on his own.

    The recruiter told me that I was seventh on the waiting list and it might not be until second or third of June until I can go for the training .
