Hey redeye, what kind of home time could one expect on the L/O side while still making good money?

 

They would like for you stay out at least 21 days. I stay out longer than that, I like to plan everything, I like to have family time. Everyone has there own thing they like to do. I just live making money, so it doesn't bother me to stay out and run.

 

Hey thanks for the info..im thinking bout the 1 year lease with van. Do you really have a choice with trucks? What r total fixed costs per week for new cascadia? Do u get to choose percentage on 1 year lease n w van? What is the current percentage rate n mileage pay rate? Do u have a choice of loads or do they send u few loads to choose? Also id like to run the northeast could i stay regional up here(i live close to nyc). Is the rates good in northeast? Do the trucks have apus. Id be lookin for a new or slightly used fl cascadia. Do u really get 100% fsc? Is it mostly drop n hook or no touch freight in van? Is there plenty of work? Is it qualcom or peoplenet? Thanks for any feedback.

I don't do vans. I am on the specialized division. Call recruiting, they can answer all your questions about van side. Sorry, I'm no help on that side. Lol.

I'm truly sorry Vincent. I wouldn't lie to you and give you false information. I really hope we have what you are looking at for. My brother is coming over here, to van division, it won't be until January though. Alll the drivers that I have spoken to in van are making very good money. And love their job. Good luck.

 

Not a problem glad ur honest about it..im actually puttin together a question list to call them n c what they say. Seems like a good deal so far with my research

Hey redeye, do their L/O trucks have APUs? Does yours? Makes a big difference in fuel savings if it does.
