PAM makes you team drive with another rookie for 6 months after you're done training. I don't know about you burin wouldn't be able to sleep knowing some dude I don't know is behind the wheel. That and the fact he is a rookie. At least if I'm driving, I am in control of my truck. It may not be my time to go but it may be his. No thanks. 6 months in a tiny truck living with another dude? No sir.
Henderson is a 4 week training (classroom/range), 3-4 weeks OTR with a trainer then you're cut loose. On your own. PAM also doesn't allow pets. Henderson does. And they pay .38cpm. -
I have 8 mo and they putting me on dedicated at .38 home every weekend
