    In my opinion they are a starter company that should be left after you get the experience to move on.

    if you need to get started in trucking pam is as good as any...good equipment good fright not many back alleys to deliver too...good % of drop & hook health ins is cheap.and CSA score is very good.... the bad. ur paid on household miles. pay per mile is low. they route you watch ever way save them fuel. (i.e) interstate. you fuel where they tell you to fuel. most dispatcher micro menage you. safety and fuel bonus are combined so if your not getting 7 mpg dont count on much....no paid holidays...short & layover pay you will have to beg for.
