Going to go out on a limb here and try to decipher. I believe what the OP was saying is that the receiver at Big 5 reported a 6 case shortage on a delivery. And he feels that employees at shipper or receiver were responsible for stealing them and they would not allow him to recount the load.
Then again maybe that's not at all what he was trying to say. If so, then never mind and carry on.
