06 volvo vnl 780 D12 blower motor problem

    The blower is on HIGH all the time. This doesn't matter which position it is set to.
    Also I just took apart my dash on pasanger side and all i see is BEHR clymate system.. Where is the blower? Do i have to take it all apart?

    The Blower Motor is inside the Behr Enclosure. If the Blower is on the High Setting all the time, most likely it's the Rotary Fan Speed Selector Switch on your Dashboard. When they start to wear out, the Fan Speeds start working erratically or they only work on one speed setting.

    If your Blower Motor was bad, the Blower wouldn't work at any speed setting.

    Don't forget to check the variable restistor ie the big half moon electronic device mounted on the blower motor. It function is to step down the amps to change the speed.
