I'm a driver for BTC, what would you like to know? I will tell you up front (since your profile shows "student") that we require a minimum of three months OTR experience.

Bingo! Sorry about that. Get on with TMC or Maverick, give'em a year or so, and if you're unhappy there as a driver come talk to us.

I personally would recommend Maverick, but TMC has some happy drivers as well. There is plenty of info on both companies here, as well as several drivers for both who can answer your questions.
