I tried the roadpro pad pictured in IC's post and it was worse than my worn out seat.
FWIW I liked the seats that came in the prostar -- the ones with the built-in back massager. Whenever my ### gets sore enough, I'll probably pick one up.

I like Bostrom, but it really is all about your body size. I have really long legs and the short seats they are putting in trucks these days are killers for me. Bostrom use to make a seat where the leg support could be extended, it was a huge help in eliminating knee and hip pain. Go test the cushy for your tushy and see what feels the best.
Always remember to not drive with your wallet in your back pocket and save the tight jeans for the Saturday night dance that will help a lot of drivers.

I went through about $200 of pads, trying to stay in trucking instead of retiring due to extreme pain in my left leg starting at my hip joint. Finally bought a Wondergel (I picked up in Little America for about $80) and started using it. It made a HUGE difference. I ended up taking the honeycomb gel out of the zippered cover and using a pair of scissors to cut down the thickness under my legs to increase circulation. This saved my career.dannythetrucker Thanks this.

I don't know what they have out there for big trucks but I have an air hawk cushion for my motorcycle on real long rides. They specialize in making cushions for people that are wheelchair bound to prevent sores. I honestly don't much care for it or any other cushion on the bike because they make me feel like I'm going to fall off every time I lean but I imagine they would be pretty nice in a big truck.

Yup they do have one for big trucks, I have one I use sometimes. Got it off Amazon. I hated it at first until I realized the trick is to inflate it with JUST enough air so you float off the surface of the seat. If you put too much air in it it feels like you got one of the air pockets sticking up your rear. Maybe some of yall are into that but not me LOL. My KW seats have endured 1.3 million miles of abuse and are kinda worn out so that helps on those longer rides.

A good quality seat is gonna run close to a grand. Most of us have a stroke at the idea of spending a grand on a freaking seat. On the other hand, we all know a quality sofa or recliner is even more, and most of us have bought both for our homes. Which one does your ### spend more time sitting on?
