    It shows they're now on conditional status on csa...not good..16.7% pos for only 3 trucks??...not good.

    I am a family member, the driver was an illegal alien driving overloaded, too fast passing others over log time, and avoiding the scales on I 5. Additionally, rear trailer brakes not functioning. The Mexican owned trucking CO. had barely any insurance and the driver who is being charged with manslaughter, fled to Mexico!!! be careful people!

    Where are you getting this information from? The paper states that the driver was from Yakima WA and the company is based out of Fontana CA. .
