With those cheap rates i have to wonder how are you guys staying above water?

 

We could and should be doing better, but the brokers who pay more, are not on Eagles's approved list, and from what I heard, it takes several weeks to approve a broker.

 

Driving to orientation this weekend. It will be at Celadon due to the remodeling at Eagle. Anyone else going?

They probably pay more because they're not giving Eagle money under the table to be on that list lol.
With how shady this industry is I wouldn't doubt it
