    Thanks Brick.

One thing I've learned through the years, no matter how much I know (or think I know:biggrin_25523:), there will always be someone else who knows a better, faster, and safer way to get the job done. :yes2557:

That my friend is true, especially in flatbed. I would ask other older guys regular how they would tie a load of this or that.

Some will tell you, others are hesitant to do so because of liability. If any thing bad happened a driver might try to blame it on them.

Got back from another run to Moab (16" X 60' 6" coated pipe) and I picked up a load of Mobile home tires to drop off in San Jacinto on Monday.

This was a pain in the rear to secure, I was a "monkey" climbing up and down those tubes. :mmeek::biggrin_2555:

Looks like that could be as bad as hauling swinging meat.

That's what I thought. I asked one of the hands from the company and he said they use flats all of the time. They were amazed at my flat because it was a 102" instead of what they usually see, 96'":biggrin_2554:

Headed to Portland tomorrow after getting a load in Corona at the 3M.
Back to the Pac-NW. I like it up there and everything from Redding north is just beautiful.
I'd like to tug the fifth wheel up there and camp for a whole month. :yes2557:

:smt103:smt107:smt119:shock: at those tires!!!!! How many times did the thought of wanting to be back in a dump truck cross your mind while strapping those down? ;)

How are you geting loads if you don't mind me asking? If brokers, have you had any real good or real bad experiences with any yet?
