    Lol, yeah it's a tight fit. The older box racks they had before the EVO trucks were wider and deeper with a shallow top shelf. It was easy to fit all the tarps inside and out of the sun/weather. The ones they have now are a PITA they way they are speced and they are still too wide to not damage the cab extenders...

    Steel tarps will still just fit inside, during the summer anyway, if you kinda fold them in thirds...

    My box isn't very organized atm but this is one way to get some tarps inside but cover up the chain hangers or they will chew up the tarps. Bottom right is a mudflap that holds the chains into the corner, a bucket might be good also.

    Just completed my first flatbed load, it was pre-loaded with sheet metal sticking about a foot out the front of the flat bed. when I ask the shipper could that be moved back, he said they did it like that all the time and it won't be a problem. Will it was a problem it cut up my pig tail bad I have to replace it, and it scared up my new headache box. needless to say it bent up abut 4 of the sheets. My question is dose this happenen a lot I mean put things a lol over the front of the trailer? I know it's illegal to have it hanging off more then 4 inc off the back. But what about the front ? I learned my lesson if I had to do it again they would move it or I would have refused it. But do they try this a lot?

    No, it won't happen often , not with Prime loads anyway, and when it does the shippers are usually good at getting it moved. If they aren't then try talking with someone else. now that you know for sure how full of it people can be. :) they probably do do it all the time with other carriers but Prime trucks only have a 230 wheel base and an enclosed cab rack taking up space.

    Up to 4 feet of overhang off the back of a 48' trailer shouldn't give you any problems but you can't overhang off of the back of a 53' trailer so keep an eye out for that happening.

    Parallel parking in Brooklyn underneath some elevated rail. There are low spots at some of the intersections marked 13' with a white sighn but you have to wonder how low the traffic lights are that are below the structure... Its been a while since I last measured the MTY height of a condo but I believe it was a lil under 13'... Something someone should know before hand right? :) :p

    There are a few vboads in Muncy, PA... See them around a few other places quite a bit, probably don't need to buy some.

    Muncy...nearly took out a whole side of pipe trying to maneuver out of there. Worst laid out CP ever.

    My steer weight are over even when I'm bt. Between the apu the headache box full of chains I can't make weight any one got any ideas? I was thinking of switching to a kw but that would be costly for me for many reasons oh ya and I also have a rider.

    They bolt on a stop plate on the back of the fithwheel slide that keeps it from sliding all the way back. You'll want to make sure they are removed, sometimes they forget to remove them for flatbed trucks.
