Well that would explain being tailgated by other drivers, you'd think those flammible signs would back them up, but it don't

Ok here is what you do try them out you are the only one that can judge them every company has negative reviews but one thing you have to remember is its all pretty one sided. a lot of cases drivers bring in on themselves but they leave that part out. sure there are bad companies out there but just cause someone got screwed doesn't mean all drivers will. I used to believe what I read till I became a company owner and as good of a company as I am I know there are dissatisfied drivers cause you cant please everyone but they have done things to deserve it. for every unsatisfied driver there is a satisfied one. You don't see that cause very rarely will someone post a positive review. Just go to work for them for a year if you don't like them leave and go somewhere else and get a raise at the same time.

What medications disqualify a CMV driver?
PreviousNext
A driver cannot take a controlled substance or prescription medication without a prescription from a licensed practitioner.
If a driver uses a drug identified in 21 CFR 1308.11 (391.42(b)(12)) or any other substance such as amphetamine, a narcotic, or any other habit forming drug, The driver is medically unqualified.
There is an exception: the prescribing doctor can write that the driver is safe to be a commercial driver while taking the medication. In this case, the Medical Examiner may, but does not have to certify the driver.
Any anti-seizure medication used for the prevention of seizures is disqualifying.
Methadone use is disqualifying.
The Medical Examiner has 2 ways to determine if any medication a driver uses will adversely affect safe operation of a CMV:
1. Review each medication - prescription, non-prescription and supplement
2. Request a letter from the prescribing doctor

i have 240 classroom hours in drug counseling you might want to come better armed if you want to debate me
the difference on any of these opiates is whether they are time released or have aspirin/or tylenol in them also
Driving and opiates don't mix whether abused or not
no matter how they affect any single person
the reactions seen are just outwards manifestations of the drug
might as well say some people can drink and drive and some cantStarboyjim, Dinomite, TruckDuo and 2 others Thank this. -

There are many things I'd like to say.....But....ill keep most private.....2 points here....
1-to the OP....people rarely post the good its the complainers who do most of the company posting....read w/a grain of salt...and Make your Own decision....
2--as for the dope.....and I am making NO value judgement here(people in glass houses y'know) Approved or not...
take this scenario......You are in major wreck....
you're hospitalized....random is mandatory....hospital already has your blood....investigating officer asks for tox screen results.....you got Opiates in your system(Approved or not)....You are BUSTED....end of discussion....Your world cillapses....YOU are now at fault don't give a #### the circumstances.....same as a DUI....in a comm vehicle....depending on circumstances....you are very likely gonna be a guest of the state for awhile....gonna cost ya every PENNY you ever had....your done drivin a truck period&gonna be quite some time before you drive a car again.......and I'll let your imagination wonder abouut the Civil liability in todays litigious society.....Starboyjim, TruckDuo, flyingmusician and 3 others Thank this. -
One question , why does she have to take a narcotic for her pain , and just what is causing that pain , if its back pain , then she needs to run....... not walk away from any sort of truck driving , just saying.
and BTW , she already has a job , her 1st post says so , with PTL.....have a job , then no worries , go to work.....wants a job , says she has a job , says she takes a narcotic for pain , didn't all that get covered while in the process of taking the job /being interviewed....or maybe she didn't disclose all the info.....and the wheels go round and round......Last edited: May 28, 2015
