I've been driving local in Southern Cal for over 15 years and I've come to accept that I will probably die in my truck while sitting in traffic on the 405 freeway.
Hopefully my middle finger is sticking out when CHP pulls my dead lifeless body out of the cab.

DC definitely had us beat. But lately it hasn't been by much.

Well since I really only drive Toronto, Ontario I am gonna have to say this is the worst... I have been to other places (in tractor-trailer and personal vehicle) and I still will say Toronto... It's ALWAYS busy, never really a slow moment on the DVP/Gardner/401/427 area... Especially the 401/DVP... Anytime of the day and you can pretty much sum it up to traffic or accidents.. So many drivers and most of them are terrible at driving (including some truckers)... Lots and Lots of construction all over the place.. Among many other reasons.....

I spend most of my week just in Toronto.. Back and Fourth from Markham Rd to 400/Finch and I don't know what I would do if we didn't have the 407... Sometimes it takes me over 1hr to get 30km... Insane!!!! When your a local driver it seems even longer (especially when you do it 6+ times a day)

It took 5 hours to get in and out ( not including unloading time) to drop a load on Long Island last week.....

NYC..... Yea, one of the worst cities regarding heavy crosstown traffic with all the toll bridges and tunnels.

Ive been passed multiple times by the chp doing about 60 mph in the los angeles area.
I think chp are most likely to go after the crazies doing 80mph in the LA area when its busy.
But what do i know? I only have one year experience and naive

Baltimore and DC are my least favorites. A close second would be Harrisburg PA during rush hour.

NYC isn't so bad, but my favorite (if you call it that) is Charlotte at night. The skyline at night is pretty neat from I77. Never been in town though, so who knows.

Dislike(most): DC,LA,ATL-anywhere near the airport is usually HORRIBLE. Last, but certainly not least-Chicago(If the shipper/receiver is near a good pizzeria, it may compensate a little).

Like(most): Billings, MT, Asheville, NC. Very scenic areas.

I'm not as well traveled as most here, never been west of the Mississippi. I never cared for Chicago, DC, or Atlanta. Cincinnati is getting worse every day, and absolutely dread traveling I64 from Huntington through Charleston WV.

When and while they rebuild the I71/I75 bridge to KY then throw tolls on it things will only get worse.
