    They hire out of a recognized school. May require you to get a new physical. I don't know anything else.

    Carter is so so. Depends on the run and also expect the good old boy system there if you stay for any length of time. If they like you fine but if not they will do everything to make you either resign or fire you if you keep getting the quarterly safety awards after a few years. Also the upper staff is a bunch of hypocrites that go around wearing their religion on their sleeves.
