just an update I called the truck stop he supposedly parked it at and they had a hard time finding it cause they said it didn't have any numbers on it or anything its been stripped clean. they didn't go into detail but they said I need to come get it asap as if there was something wrong with it there not telling me. so please tell me I can press charges on him for this.

Dirty shame that. How well documented is your interior and exterior? Did you get everything catalogued before the sleezoid got the keys? A court will need proof to file charges.

yeah it is a little weird but when he first got the truck he complained he didn't like it. another thing he didn't approve of was the company phone number was apart of the lettering im thinking he took them off and but his own in the style he liked so he felt justified taking them off since he paid to put them on but he never had permission to remove mine in the first place now i have to pay to put them back and if he did it himself the paint may be all scratched up without the proper tools you will scratch the paint

If nobody witnessed it you have zero chance. All he has to say is that it was fine when he parked it. 9-10 days ago would have been the time to pick it up. From experience, the longer you wait the worse it will be.

if the lettering is all off of it
he didn't answer the phones somedays
my mind would say he has been running loads on the side
I would chalk it all up to experience and only hire a driver where the truck ends in your yard
