That thing is like super-load central. I'm sure some of our American friends would be amazed at the quantity of super-loads going to Ft. Mac every day... and it has been going on for years, with many more to come.

    We hope.

    tsavory Thanks this.

Well, I finished up those bridge beams in the 16th, delivered the last knee in terre haute, then stacked the dollies and headed home for 9 days. Then picked up a 744K 20 miles from home and took that to kansas, where a new wind farm is slated.

And yesterday loaded up south ok OKC and currently on my way up to the corner of America's butthole AKA the Bakken.
10 loads posted total in that area, so looks like I'll bounce the 600 miles home

Well the loads just keep getting bigger. This is the largest load for me so far as weight goes. Grossing 155,000 pounds. Empty weight was 65k so the excavator that was supposed to weigh 86k or less actually weighed 90k.

    Nice load

I got this almost loaded after 9.5 hrs in the sun. Have to go back in morning and tie it down and put the trailer together

Positively amazed at the axle weights in some other places...

We'd move that on six axles here...

normally I would say an idiot driver, but not this time.

The crane has hydraulic leveling (oscilating) system on the rear axle and it is broken. One cylinder was all the qay up and one was all the way down.

\The crane had a significant lean to starboard or the curbside and I would not load it until they could get tosit level.

The mechanic diagnosed it as a bad wiring harness - maybe - after about 3 hours of working on it. Finally they decided to blow off the hydraulic fluid from both cylinders and let the cranes new owners fix it when it gets to houston.

New trailer Big loads very frustrating right now

That's one thing that everyone keeps telling me, the bigger you go, the more bull #### you have to deal with. From my limited experience I have to say that there is truth in it.
