Wash all the surfaces with SPRAY NINE and hot water ( change water and rags constantly ) it cleans dirt and kills bacteria , get a few cans of LYSOL spray and spray into the A/C . heating vents as well as the A/C heat system outside air intake so it gets the crap on the A/C and heater coils, sprinkle baking soda on the upholstery and carpets if you have carpet and let it sit for a few hours then vacuum it up , vinegar or BBQ charcoal in an open container will absorb the smoke smell as well. When you go wild with the FEBREEZE be sure and spray up under the seats smoke odour build up there is awful

I just spray Frabreeze on everything and wipe it down. I also got one of those AirWick Freshmatic timed aeorsole devices.

I'll 2nd the use of Ozium , it works really well on smokers cab. I also used it in the AC/ heater vents , along with the seats if they're fabric.

As far as the vents go, there are a few products you can buy which come with a 2 or 3 foot thin hose made to treat this. It's usually intended to clean the AC evaporator box under the dash. It gets musty in there from water and can get plugged up and smell. This stuff foams out of the tube and kills mold etc. that accumulates there. I did it on my personal auto and it worked well. You can also shoot it into the vents themselves. Others have mentioned something like this above, if you go to amazon and search you will find the products. Look for something like Einszett Klima-Clean. It may not cure it, but whatever the outcome it should be better. Good luck!

I hauled a nasty smelling medical waste load out of Salt Lake, the smell got into the truck it was so bad, hung a pillow case of good ground coffee, so the smell of the coffee would go through the air system it worked,
