The biltz is Tues to Thurs. They can't check every truck but your odds of being inspected are better than on a normal week.

72 hours and the emphasis is on cargo securement this year.
So make sure you have your back door locked and throw the key away. haha -
Every truck will be stopped once a day for the next three days, and they charge you $500 per stop. While somethin like that... -
UT westbound on 80 they closed off the scale and were jack hammering away
must be a trapMJ1657 Thanks this. -
You've labeled your post wrong...
"Is it true that the DOT is collecting money for working brains?"
Just for future reference.
Anyways, yes it's true. As others have said, they can't get to every rig but they'll get to as many as they can.
Best bet? Keep your dash and truck clean. If you don't draw their attention they'll be more likely think it'll be a waste of time to inspect you.
If you do get pulled in, be respectful and use common sense. Answer questions quickly, simply and don't give details they didn't ask for. Have all your papers in order and everything easily accessible.
The more likely you appear to have everything in order the more likely you'll get in, and out, without issue. -

Excrement repeated on a different rotation of the planet on its axis. ...should anyone want the nerdy version.
