Well I guess a lot of us will be in Indianapolis an Monday count me in hope it works out for every one like heartbreaker says book your own loads take your time we should do ok

 

I'm going to knoxville for orientation and so far no one else has stated they've gone there other than heartbreaker (who's going next week) and it kind of worries me now lol.

Hello everyone,this is my first post. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this thread,it has been very informative.
I have been approved to go to eagle,and now I need some advice about how to part with my current employer.....should I give them a notice or just schedule home time and turn in the truck on my terms so I'm close to the house to avoid getting shut down by them and stranded in case they get po'd?
They are good people and I want to go about it the right way....I would appreciate any advice from those of you that have been to this rodeo before.

 

Well if they was good to u I would let them.know cause u never know if u may need to go back but I'm just saying what I would do

 

1. I would do the same but in case two months and nothing to show as in no check hell I did better at dart

 

Thanks for the reply heart breaker...yea,I feel like that's the way I should do it,but I need to work another 2 wks to,just don't want them to say,just go now.

 

Remember every trucking co you ever work for will have to talk to that co your leaving. That's the law so you might not want to burn your bridges. If you are going on with Eagle you definitely don't want to, cause Eagle is not what they say they are. Be careful and get everything in writing, most of what they say is crap.
