Uh, not so much ....

Haz Mat requires a minimum of $5M in liability insurance and a a pile of reporting to be done. If you haul HazMat without the proper insurane and certificates in place I hope you have a huge pile of money to pay the fines and a good lawyer to get you out of jail time. There is a reason virtually no single truck operations haul this - try getting a quote for the extra insurance.
