Ok so I've been looking for the cb mount that screws to the plastic bezel next to the storage compartment up top. I've failed to find anything on it or where I can find one. Any ideas?

Does it have two screws in the face of panel just above the opening?

I think the driver is asking about a "CB Mount" that replaces the sunglass storage pocket. Your link is for a Cascadia Bird Perch Antenna mount.

What I did with mine, rather than use a bracket or a mount, was place several strips of sponge rubber foam tape. equal length to the width of the bottom of the CB, and stuck it to the bottom platform, inside the storage hole. This did 2 things.

    1. It allowed me to build up the proper height in relation to the plastic faceplate opening where the front of the CB protrudes.

    2. It helps insulate the radio from excessive vibrations.

The last thing I did was to use mini bungees to secure the radio from bouncing around. The bungees secure on one side, get wrapped over the top of the radio and secured on the opposite side.

I've had mine like this in my previous truck and the have it secured the same way in my current Cascadia and it works well.

The only problem is if you have a 10 meter radio or something with an oversized front, unlike a standard Uniden 76/78, Cobra 29 or a radio with a side mounted microphone jack, you can still mount the radio, using the technique I did, you just can't use the face plate. Well, maybe if you used a Dremel Tool and enlarged the opening.

No it doesn't have the two torx screws

That is a good idea I'll try that

Does the passing side? I thought it was standard equip. My 2015 has it, and the top of dash plate.

It does, but mine is a used truck I'm assuming the previous driver took it

I think the only option is at the freightliner dealership for that bracket. Otherwise, next time you're at a terminal, go barrow one from another open truck that is waiting for a new driver ;-)
