My co driver and I were talking about this the other night. We drive for Sygma. Talking about how Sysco gets paid by the hour but they make extra with the incentive pay to finish faster than they would if they worked 14 hours. But the ones we see never seem to be in a hurry. 50 cases per hour? How big are these cases? 200+ cases would take us an hour. I had two stops last night where just the freezer alone was over 100 pieces and I was finished with it in 25 minutes while my helper did dry goods then we meet up in the cooler and he stacks and I run. Those stops were both over 300 pieces and finished in less than and hour and a half

Was watching a tv show last night about the most dangerous highways in the world for truckers. One of them is a remote highway in Alaska and it showed a red long nose Pete with a big sleeper pulling a Sysco trailer.
