I have an 06 pete 387, AC condensor keeps freezing over, I looked under the hood, passengers side, found little door, with 1 twist knob, opened it, and saw this blue filter type lookin thing, that was totally shot..is that the cab filter???...Also, when condensor thaws out, would it leak onto the passenger side floor from the floor vent???

    Mjunkyard1 Thanks this.
  4. Yes the 387 can leak water back into the cab from that box.

If you have any questions or looking for something specific. I have done a lot to my 387.

Yeah, they checked everything when I had the springs ect done, was gonna do everything it needed at once, but kings are good, bearings are good, tierod ends good, tierod is new too, it even aligned (3axle)perfect....truck has new steering box, steering shaft as well

    Yep!

We had a bang going on, everything checked OK, alignment done, still had bang..

Passenger king pin had just 1mm of vertical movement, shimmed and no more bang...

  9. If you look at your spring pack you will notice no metal clip to hold the pack together. At the end of shorter leaf, it just fits in the rubber. As you turn, it will pop out of alignment with the lower leaf.

Have a clip made to wrap the spring pack. On both front packs.

    Mjunkyard1 Thanks this.
