Yes it did say ever and I said no. Because I believed juvenile didnt matter, too late now I'm expecting a non competitive, and will retry next year.

 

I honestly don't think juvenile will count against you. You should be ok. I could be wrong but I guess you'll see. Let us know so we (as I'm sure you would as well) can have that info to pass along to someone else if this situation comes up again. To my knowledge, this particular situation hasn't come up yet in this thread but I could have missed it, this is a very long thread. Best of luck to you.

 

Just called my HR guy, was told that UNLESS the reason for the arrest carried over to your adult record, you should be fine. Juvenile records are generally not accessible.

 

Thanks never Wal-Mart just called to go over some dates with me was so nervous that it was the call to say no go it was just an amendment I did on application
