Have a 2012 Coronado SD, with the mirrors that have the the two horizontal strips of LEDs on the back sides. I tried to change out my CB antenna on the right side, well, it came off alright, but, the connector and everything came unfastened and everything fell down inside the mirror body. Does anyone know how to remove the chrome housing so I can get to the coax and mounts? There are no screws, or plugs visible on the housing.

Have you tried testing with a screwdriver to see if it just pops off? Maybe these newer mirrors are held together with some kinda press in clips or something?

    johnday Thanks this.

Ya, I tried that on the top up next to the upper arm, and along the sides. I got it to move some, but was afraid I was going to break something. I've tried pushing down on the black plastic as well, but I was afraid I'd break that too! LOL

Three torx head screws behind the mirror glass you have to push the mirror back and forth on each side to get to them and also push clips you will see them when you push the mirror all the way to the left and right
