Is this legal?

hard to say looking at their website. looks like someone put some thought into it, makes you wonder if it's a chameleon carrier or someone vamping up a lease-purchase scheme. There's some very obvious deception with the name, pics of trucks with Fetex photoshopped on. at one place it says something about confidence of joining a "well established" company. I could only guess, but it makes me wonder if they intend to prey on foreigners who may not understand they are not joining Fedex. I mean, who else would be fooled by it ?

 

The Copyright Infringement lawyers are going to have a field day with those clowns.

 

You'll see that logo taped to the doors of a '85 Volvo with no fenders.

 

According to their MC number which starts with 9.. that company was opened just few days ago, on 06/05/2015 , but already invested some money in web site , yeah name is pretty stupid I'd never go to work for them

 

Reminds me of that fast food joint Beevis and Butt-Head worked at. Remember "Burger World" and the sign out in front of it with the big yellow "W"? LoL

I'd say its Legally ok. The name isn't the same. How'd fetex get as far as it has thus far ? The colors for the logo might be of concern but FedEx doesn't own the rights of a color combinations. Red, white and blue anyone can do.
