'11 Volvo d13 engine code?

    Hello!
    2011 Volvo d13, I have a problem with the code spn 3226 FMI 12 and FMI 13. The sensor has been replaced and after 100 miles check engine is back! After another 100 miles it start showing the alert to stop and is loosing power!?
    Please Help!

    Your fault SPN 3226 is for the Aftertreatment Outlet NOx sensor, FMI 12 is "Bad intelligent device or component", FMI 13 is "Out of calibration". Cause is a fauly outlet NOx sensor. Your unit is presently in derate. Make sure you have replaced the correct sensor. On US10 emission vehicles, there is inlet and outlet NOx sensor. Make sure you have installed the correct part number. Inlet and outlet NOx sensors have different part numbers and do not read the same. Hope this helps.

    I just had my Def pump and Venturi replaced last week. Now I have a code SPN 3226 and FMI 13.

    Will I derate soon if it's out calibration?
