It should be illegal for states to force you to redo the process like that. TSA issues them for 5 years, the state should have no say in expiring it while it's still valid.

I think the low down dirty shame of it is the good old money factor. the states gain more money every 2 years, over every 5 years. If any state could find a way, they would charge us (either a tax or fee) to have a truckers wallet, truckers magazines we get in the mail, and for the flip-flops and sweat pants we wear as well.

Yes after 90 days if you haven't tested and got the endorsement the process starts all over again
