Eagle Logistics Services, not what you want

I have been with them over two months and I can't say anything good about them. You can not get a straight
answer about anything from them. They will lie to you if it's in their favor, don't try to get ahold of anyone at night, weekends,or holidays you are on your own. They pay 75% of the load and 75% of the fuel surcharge, you are paying 100% of the fuel cost you should get the surcharge that is what it's for. They load broker freight that has been rebrokered and they say you can find your own load but it has to be through a broker they are set up with so your looking at the same load boards they are. So thats another waste of time. In all they just collect money from you, you pay 25% for nothing. Everything is run through Celadon but if you call them to resolve a problem their answer is "your an Eagle truck we don't have anything to do with Eagle".
I could go on a lot more but the main idea is stay away from Eagle Logistics. Quallity Companies lease is not a bad deal if you sign on to a good company and Quality has several they deal with, but Eagle Logistics isn't one of them.
