Well I know of a guy that worked there and he worked in rentals and for 11 months he put up with a racial crew leader riding him all the time. And a lot of other drivers were checking this leader out and he didn't stop razzing the guy til he went off on him in front of their boss above both of them....but from what I understand after that the driver also found some kinda lie they had in his file and so they were just looking for something to fire him. Something like he wanted to winch tanks and I guess when they train people to do this there..the trainee rides with the trainer for afew days or more. Well from what I understand he went out into their parking lot with the trainer and didn't get to go out because the roads were closed in the whole county from ice...even their parking lot they couldn't do anything in practicing.....so the trainer told the driver they would have to do it another day. But turned right around with-out telling trainee....that he went into the office and failed him.....what a crock of crap.......when they never even got to train in a winch truck because every time they tried to winch a tank they slid in the parking lot. The trainer even told the driver to get out of the driver seat so he could try....And he couldn't even do it that day because of so much ice.....Now if the trainer couldn't do it then what the hell makes you think the trainee could......Oh-ya by the way the trainee once worked with the racial guy......
Might want to steer clear of Power Fuels in ND.

All I know is that this company really doesn't back their drivers and they can be pretty racial with people.

They have a crew leader that has cost them money time and time again more than any driver and he is still there because of his wifes connection with another company that throws them a bone every now and then to keep them afloat.

Stay away from Power Fools. Little work, #### equipment piss poor management, dispatchers too busy ####ing around to help drivers, low pay and not many loads unless you are in the good old boy system.

Wow, that was the place to go 2 years ago...My pal Ed went there to run the shop, wonder if he's still there...Kind of a grumpy ol sob, but he had a serious passion for diesel repair..It was odd, but very cool, stuff was always fixed properly
Bummed to hear about drivers not driving..I wanted to go back...
