Does anyone have any information about SOUTHEAST CARRIERS in
Lawrenceburg TN? Is it a good or bad company? What is the pay scale?
What type of equipment do they run with?

This post is kind of old. I know they are a good company to drive for. I went to work for them in March 2014. I do appreciate the info, though. I'm very happy driving for SEC.

    snowgoose Thanks this.

I drove for them till end of may...as far as lanes...you'll do a lot of Georgia to Tennessee to upper midwest and they do have customer who routinely ship to california. ....they don't any northeast and from what I was told by one of the owners they don't do chicago either and have no plans to do so..

    snowgoose Thanks this.

Ya I still work for them. I went to work for them in March 2014. I took off for the winter and came back in May. I did get one load to Chicagoland but it was a broker load. I have done one load out to AZ and CA since I came back. Most everything else I've been hauling has been a dedicated account from Texas to Indiana and back, except one I hauled to. South Carolina. They asked me if I wanted the dedicated so I agreed to do it. They don't do the Northeast at all. Plenty of Western freight, then backhaul to TN. They are a good company to work for. If they keep taking care of me like they do, I will be here till I retire. I'm actually semi retired now. I take.off as much time as I want to, when I want to. If I'm off for more then two weeks I just have to notify the Insurance lady so I can pay my insurance premiums out of my own pocket so I won't lose my coverage. If they do go over to all automatic trucks that would change things. If the FMCSA mandates mandatory in cab driver facing cameras in all CMVs then I'm done with trucking for good.
