WEL Companies came to my school today and they seem like a decent company. Anyone drive for them and have any good things to say?

Tbh that worries me due to the fact that I made a big mistake with Climate Express out of Union, MO they witheld some information like that, for example I wouldnt be paid my orientation until after 90 days, would be required to pay them for all testing and transportation to their facility if I didnt work there for 90 days. To me I understand protecting your interest but I dont know of a problem with people not staying 90 days just for getting orientation money. So be careful and ask the questions you can think of so you dont end up in the situation I was. I dont think WEL is nearly that bad but never hurts to cross all your ts and dot every i

I suggest that you ask them about the Contract. Or just read the existing Wel threads. It has been covered and debated.

Also Captain Kevin Has A Channel On YouTube and drives for WEL. If you go on Allie Knight's Channel on YouTube and watch the episode named "O Captain, My Captain" He goes into detail about the dash camera In the WEL trucks and explains why they are there and when they actually come on., I.E, Hard Braking, Collisions.
