What he is saying is that your attitude will not get your far in this business since attitude is everything. That FTOA may not work for you if you got sentenced holding your CDL have you pulled your DAC and MVR? May want too start with that first

    OCGA § 42-8-60

If you receive First Offender probation on a drug offense, the Clerk of Court is not supposed to notify the Department of Driver's Services of such conviction. If the Clerk follows the law, you will not suffer a suspension of your driver's license.

Yes but that didn't say anything about the DOT being notified that's what you have too worry about. If they don't report to the Dot then your okay maybe

If you're financially stable and in a year they'll make your possession charge disappear, why not wait out the year and then take it from there? Just don't get popped again or you truly will be screwed.Maybe hire somebody to keep your new truck on the road, and pick up anything possible (construction/dump truck,Garbage truck?) to keep your CDL active while you wait it out....
