So, just to get this straight.....You're trying to research a company that you already signed up with, after the fact???
    Ah, good luck with that.

I start in one week and have seen a mixed review of them. Pay is below average but the commitment is only a year. For more info just search Pam and it will bring up some other posts as well.

Don't want to discourage you but I just left PAM. I was not satisfied with how they operate over there. The pay was awful for one... I understand new drivers aren't going to make heaps of money right of the bat. I get it you have to earn experience to get that all mighty American dollar. But, @ 17.5 cents per mile, it's hard to make ends meet and stay positive while just getting by. I didn't team with them for very long, couple of weeks, maybe. Then I changed my address to an area where I knew they didn't have any drivers within the 150 mile radius they use to team you up. So I got 25 cents per mile. I thought that would help, boy was I wrong. Things got progressively worst as time went on. I had a brand new 2016 Freightliner so I can't complain about breakdowns. I will sat though, 80% of the trailers I ever pulled for them ended up @ a TA in the shop for something. I had multiple pay issues with them almost every week I was there. Maybe things will work out better for you then they did for me. If you're just going with driver solutions because you think that's the only way you can get your CDL keep looking. Plenty of way to obtain your Class A. Like, WIA, financial aid or just another company sports sponsored training all together. IMO 25 cpm is not enough to be out on the road for weeks at a time, running 2000+ miles a week.
    Best of luck to you!

    Cheers!
