    Well TMC said they would guarantee $1000/ wk. and home 46 or 47 weekends out of year.

    Why do you need to be home weekly ?

    You look into Old Dominion, ABF and all the other ltl companies ?

    I have a wife and 3 kids. She doesn't want me gone 3 or 4 weeks at a time.

    A lot of companies want experienced drivers not drivers who only just got their CDL which I wont even have til hopefully the end of next week plus TMC and these "starter companies" offer tuition reimbursement

    I am going to check many other companies though along with the ones mentioned here. That's why I'm here to make sure I don't pick the wrong company.
