Who cares about traffic accidents? That's the price of "freedom". It's illegal to drive while impaired with anything. And that doesn't stop drunks or pill heads from driving. Keeping pot iklegal won't stop people from driving while under its influence. This nation was founded on freedom. Freedom to do what we wish as long as we aren't hurting others. It's not freedom when it's okay to get all tanked up sloppy beligerant fighting mad drunk and kill someone while driving yet it's not okay to smoke a joint, mellow out, maybe drive a bit slower and eat a bunch of food. Since pot is illegal, all forms of mind altering substances should also be illegal. It's all or none. Either you're free or not. Apparently, too many people in this nation have this illusion of freedom when there is none.

We all make mistakes; nobody's perfect. Someone will give you a shot. Besides I know truckers who've been convicted of worse and doing fine. I'll talk to them and see if there's anything I can find out for you.

Wish you the best and good luck.

Note: Pot will become legal in the foreseeable future. Some of us will be hauling it; if we aren't already.

Driving impaired leads to accidents. Please think before you push post reply.

Did I say I agree with it? No. I said people will do it regardless of weather or not it is legal. Read before you push post reply.

I read it. And there's a reason some things are legal and some aren't. There's no "illusion of freedom" and I invite you to head off to another country and find a better "freedom" than we have here. We are a nation of laws which keeps things from sliding into anarchy.
