    Are YOU GETTING PAID..??

    If so, then so what.>??

What do you care how he operates or takes a fee..??

Until anyone responding has the total story on HIS business and the REAL legal issues, which I highly doubt too many know of, just do your job, get paid and be happy..

Everybody nowadays is just looking to sue and get compensated...and in your case, you don't even know how this business works and you already feel eligible for some misterious money. I can't stand people like you. Go get a truck, put a dumb ### driver in it and then see how fun it is.

Sounds to me like the o/p wants extra monies as he asking to be compensated. To me, he IS compensated by the agreement he had when he got hired on with the o/o-broker. If the o/o -broker is making a little extra from his business dealings, why does the o/p feel he is entitled for any extra monies, ABOVE what was agreed to at the time of hire?

Worst part to me too, is he is a new driver, knows shyte and asks us if the o/o is doing anything illegal by also being a broker?

Who the hell cares?? As stated, as long as not in the sex slave trade or hauling rockets for ISIS, or dope from Mexxxxeshco, what the hell..???

yes I am being paid what I am saying is that if I signed on for 25% that is what I should be getting let me put it like this I am not trying to get extra money I just want what I agreed to 25%. Like I said the broker he works under sends him out an email every Thursday on what each truck made for the week minus the brokers 15% and other fees that comes out. everything that the broker takes out is shown on the email so why is it that the brokers numbers doesn't match the print out that my boss is giving me and the numbers are changed. Yes he is showing that I get 25% but not off of the brokers numbers. He is taking an extra 10 to 13% that isn't showing on the paperwork that I receive from him. For example if the broker shows that the tonnage of a load pays 4.50 a ton the load was 24.91` tons which comes out to $112.10 after administration fees are taken which for this load is $16.82 the load pays $95.28. My 25% of that should be $23.82. but instead on my print out it says the load paid $85.76 25% of that is $21.44 so what I am saying is that if he wasn't doing something illegal why is the numbers different and why isn't this extra percentage that is being taken out been showed on my print out so you imagine running 35 to 50 loads a week and money being taken from every load so don't tell me that I am looking for a hand out I am just showing how crooked people can be but maybe I am the dummy for staying around plus every job had different rates the worker is to be loyal but the owner can do whatever what a wonderful world we live in

know i work for what i want i am not looking for a hand out there are just to many owner operators out there scamming there drivers and there is nothing that can be done about it pay me what you say you are going to pay me and trust me i read everything before i sign it so i know right from wrong and you could probably say oh he doesn't know what he is talking about but as far as math goes buddy if i don't know math my spouse does she has a bachelors degree in chemical engineering, a masters in administration served as a assistant principal and now she is the math supervisor so numbers is not a problem and i or we don't need handouts how about that
