I don't have near that much to deal with thank goodness. Mainly just trimming one tree that's actually next door, back to the property line and off my siding and gutter, to eliminate a potential squirrel freeway. Bonus is it will make it heavy on the other side, so if it falls it won't hit my house LOL. The others are a maple and a magnolia in the back yard that's gotten on the heavy side. When we moved here in '99, the magnolia was a twig in the ground and the maple was about tall as me. Now both are around 40'. I doubt they'd be as inclined as Bradford Pears to tumble under their own weight, but I ain't taking chances with them.TruckDuo Thanks this.

That's too funny......and exactly what I saw in my head thinking about that and why it works for them lol the really sad part is I'm old enough I remember watching that as a kid.
I could team with mine but for the fact I wouldn't dare put her behind the wheel of a truck lol
She hit a slow moving tractor on a country road with the car once. And will never be let to forget it lol no way I'd put her in a truck other than to ride and be purty.......and I'd get tired of taking the blocks off the pedals and sliding the seat back every time it was my turn.TruckDuo Thanks this. -
@RedForeman thanks for the suggestions !

Tell your dispatcher you want "detour" pay

So @'olhand advances to the next round. Take your bets everyone. Who will win between @Tall Mike vs @Al. Roper.

Took a detour to Greeley. Had a steer tire needing to get replaced. Had the Kay Dubya feeling like a freight shaker. Only 100.000 miles on that puppy. While I'm here learning how to couple and uncouple along with a few other lessons on the pro tread. Well I better pay attention. Yall be good now ya hear.
This one is the lane change lesson. Talking about turtle races 2 funny.
TruckDuo Thanks this. -
We all can see right through what you're trying to do here, PackRat ........ you saw the miles 'olhand racked up and you're zigzaggin' on purpose tryin' to get your total up.
tsavory, chopper103in, Cranky Yankee and 2 others Thank this. -
Got home yesterday from a N Chicago out and back. Looking at a 4 day holiday weekend. Probably head back out Sunday. Traffic was horrible up and down the WV turnpike as well as a 3 hour 12 mile back up on I-65 south in Lafayette In for 2 miles of road construction. That was early in the week. I feel for you guys fighting that crap the next few days.
