lol no looks like I'm on my own with that one. he still hasn't gotten his taken care of yet
I guess I'm going out of pocket on this one and the quotes aren't attractive either. so much damage on my part of town the insurance adjuster said it'd be at least 5 days to a week to get around to us. I gotta get that tree off my neighbor's fence and building like yesterday. wife says every moron with a pickup and a chainsaw is prowling the area smelling the blood in the water
I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Today guys was a fun day. Wife and I got a rental car and drove to downtown Atlanta. We checked out the World of Coke museum, Georgia Dome, Georgia State Capitol and the Varsity. Atlanta is a very nice city. Our pre-plan picks up on Friday at 6pm so we'll be here for the next couple days. World of Coke was really cool. It ends with a place to try all their fountain drinks from all over the world as much as you want.
World of Coke
Rocks, FatDaddy, KAK and 1 other person Thank this. -
Likewise. I enjoyed the chat. Hopefully your tree guy will be more in the world of time than the one I thought I hired.
Regarding the peoplenet mileage, does that figure gps miles while you're going off the odometer? If so, that could explain part of the difference.
Just for fun, I did a trial run on my miles from my logbook. 2,585 for the month. I guess that makes me the Tiger Woods of trucking mileage.
Now that I spent this afternoon discovering that the headlight bezel on a FL Century is a stressed part of the hood assembly and not just a bolt in part, I can get the other headlight done tomorrow in a fraction of the time. I guess that's why these hoods explode when a rookie taps them while learning to back up on the job LOL. Lose that headlight trim and the remaining 200 lbs of fiberglass crushes itself. -
Did you eat at the Varsity ? What did you have and what was your opinion of the place ? ..... This is The BBQ Taste Tester's thread, right ?

Looks like you had a busy day and glad that worked out. Thanks to that late pre-plan, you should be recovered from the Varsity food by the time you have to go back to work.Rocks and cbholister Thank this.

sshewins, HeWhoMustNotBeNamed, FatDaddy and 2 others Thank this. -
going back and refiguring to take that into account........it resets and figures each trip and we get practical miles. variance between paid and actual for the month is only +1.14 % so that's only .10mpg difference over the month. the dummy in the box is still .60 mpg wrong.RedForeman and HeWhoMustNotBeNamed Thank this.

I have a live at 5am in the Bay. I'd like to be headed in a southerly direction by 7. But no telling how this holiday will screw up my plans to roll. I already have patty on the rider authorization. So if she ain't home I might bring her back in a week or 2.
TruckDuo Thanks this.
