Sounds like the typical requirments to operate a CV. you need most of that to meet the insurance requirements and will have them everywhere. Qualcomm well its that or peoplenet or paper log; so pick one. Plates are about right for yrly cost for a CV

They have no customers loads they call brokers customers lol. I can go all day about how unorganized they are but I want. I'm Just talking about what I see working here. I would call landstar on a load give them Mc number. A load for 1900.00 turn to a 1700.00. I don't know why this is but even with C.H Robinson 200.00 off the rate.

 

I call two companies today plates free and qualcom free.

LOL Brokers are Customers; anyone you haul a load for is the "customer" and yea with Eagles MC# being fairly new there is a lower rate across the board. but that can be overcome by GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE on your part and age on the MC# so in a year or so the discounted rate will correct itself.

 

Yes brokers are customers but you need direct customers to get high dollar. At 75% you need direct customers too make not brokers load. Everybody knows that the load board will dry up and you will need direct customers to keep rolling.

 

Jb hunt don't ask you for your mc up front short run pays well 2.75 to 3.45 a mile that's mostly what I run . Stay south of 40 run east to west tx on back if you live in the south east go to jb hunt load your self you can money off there just it a try

 

They need your Mc to make sure you are setup to run the load for them. Midwest to east coast always pay coming out of the east is a different ballgame. 1.50 coming out the east at 75% that's a buck a mile so your average becomes 1.35 a mile to the truck. Some days you get tired of calling 2 to 5 brokers just too get 1 load.
