I'm in Joplin.. again. Finally got something to eat at Taco Bell as there were no ####ing tour groups here.

No offense to any Missourians in the room but you have some wierd looking people in this state.

 

Don't have to reset. Hours run out in Wichita Falls but I gain back enough Saturday to get my ### home for the holiday.

More than half the trailer is going on to Nogales but as my father in law pointed out, ProTrans in Nogales isn't open on Sunday so the load won't need to depart until late Sunday anyways for delivery, so it's not going to be a "hot" load as the rest won't be delivered until Monday either.

 

Let's see, had Monday off, cause no work. Tuesday started off with a load to Texas, but ended up a mirage. Then managed to grab a preloaded tube to Chillicothe, Ohio to the Kenworth assembly plant...........sigh..........
The shoot over to Cincinnati, drop the trailer at the Quala wash, pick a clean one, go 9 miles, drop and swap that one for a loaded one. Ran my gluteous maximus off up to Elgin, IL Wednesday evening to see if it would fit. It did not. Drove 12 miles to the wally world back home. Kid #1 picked me up when she got off work and took me home. Unloading now.

 

I've been to that Ceva in Mt. Juliet. It ain't just the holiday. I average a 2 hour drop and hook when I pick up there.

 

i heard it was the Ceva contractor drivers that ruined the place

Have been running... and running...
I pick up a load in Pasadena, CA on 06/26 and took it to Fort Mill, SC... then, reloaded somewhere else in SC and delivered in San Antonio, TX today... and then reloaded somewhere else in TX and will head to Michigan after my reset...
Now at this lovely truck stop in TX...


Now using loose leaves and enjoying it a lot.... But may have that freaking Peoplenet back sometime next week...
After I deliver in MI next week, will deadhead to somewhere in IL and drop empty trailer and then bobtail to co. warehouse in IN and get an empty.... And after taking my 10 hr break there, will head to another place in TN, get loaded and then head to co. warehouse somewhere else in TN and then dispatcher will find me something to route me thru OKC for truck overdue PM and freaking Peoplenet...
