Walmart here I come!

Best of Luck to You ,, I was called last week from my DC that theres some paperwork left for me to fill out. Im going on Monday to complete whats missing. Hopefully Orientation starts in a couple weeks

I feel honored that they called! I go in for my pre trip/road test on the 14th. I'm not too worried about the backing or driving to the store since I do the same thing now except for target but I work for a contractor hauling for them.

As it should be. When you drive for Walmart, you have a great big Bullseye on your "truck." Everyone wants to have a lawsuit with the huge company with the deep pockets.

Based on that, that Walmart Transportation has such a stellar safety record is amazing. It is the proof that their hiring methods and training works.

 

I'm not perfect but I have a pretty good track record. I'm always aware of my surroundings and safety is always first. I had a mishap on black ice in the mountains of Montana and wasn't sure if that would of pose a problem. I disclosed everything in the phone interview and they passed me on. You never know till you tried. I actually moved and got a different job in the meantime hoping that Walmart would call. It took 4 months and I can't stand the anticipation. I thought for sure they passed on me and I was alright with that but Walmart was always my goal. Almost there.
